Yesterday,we had our company meeting. All the dayshift and middleshift were gathered in the basement. All of us were excited because we were thinking that our HR will gave us our yearly bonus which is a gift check of one of the store here. But unexpectedly,she announced that the company can't afford us to finish our contract. So she said that for those who are willing to go home,they can go without any payment. As the requirements of Republic of China, all Overseas Filipino Workers who are voluntarily end their contracts are requested to pay the Bridge of Contract. So our company didn't follow that rule. They let us decide wether to stay of to go home. But if ever we will stay, we don't know what will happen for the rest of the months that we are still staying here. They said that is it ok with us to just work for 2 days in a week. I decided to go home. I don't want to have another mistake again.
